Yes, very much so. A finished wall of NXT Panels has a compressive strength of 1,200 pounds per square inch or more, compared to the non-load bearing CHB of only 400 pounds per square inch. The wire mesh of NXT Panels acts like a web, with the EPS acting as a spacer and insulator, contributing to its overall durability.
What is the construction cost using NXT Panels compared to the traditional construction method?
Compared to the conventional method, the cost of the M 2 Panel Advanced Building System is approximately 10-15% less. Additional savings can be realized through time efficiency, such as in ease of handling and in installation.
Is there any special method or technique for installing NXT Panels?
There is no special installation method, but we highly recommend using any liquid marker to layout the dowels for proper alignment before installation.
What kind of sand do you use for plastering NXT Panels as walls?
For walls, we recommend fine sand or passing sieve no.3/8 inches.
