Ar. Hillary Martin Don, Chief Architect of Donhill Building Design Services, has designed 30+ hospitals nationwide. For New Sinai MDI Hospital in Santa Rosa, Laguna, he sought a walling solution faster and more reliable than CHB or AAC. He chose NXT Panel—lightweight, seismic-resistant, with built-in thermal and acoustic insulation, and a moisture-free finish. The result: faster turnover, lower costs, and improved patient comfort. Having proven its value, Don has already applied NXT Panel in other Unihealth hospitals, strengthening confidence in the system.

The Challenge
Traditional walling methods like CHB and AAC are slow to install, prone to cracks, and absorb moisture, creating risks for hospitals that must be structurally sound, quiet, and energy-efficient.
The Unihealth team needed a solution that would meet hospital-grade standards—resilient, quiet, and cool—while also ensuring faster turnover and long-term cost savings.
